A spacious home thoughtfully customized to accommodate the evolving needs of a young professional couple as they navigate through their future life phases.

How it went.
The lightweight construction methodology facilitated a seamless construction program and project delivery, even in the face of supply and program challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
What we love most.
The compact block of 244m2 posed a challenge, yet it proved to be thought-provoking. The incorporation of double-height voids, a courtyard-style living arrangement, and highly considered space planning enabled us to create a successful compact home that is spacious and highly functional.
We love the feedback we have received from the owners and their family and friends as they have occupied the home finding it spacious and liveable.
